My first priority when elected, I will force the MN legislature to pass a law like New Hampshire's “Defend the Guard Act (HB-104)” and expand upon it that blocks the Pentagon and the President from drafting Minnesota soldiers, National Guard troops, or any Minnesotan into the military to attack or invade other countries unless the Minnesota Governor, House, and Senate all approve. And if those politicians vote yes, they and their oldest child (or close family) must go fight on the front lines  

We must abolish all legal immunity for ICE agents, federal officers, and government entities. If Trump’s ICE raids your home, terrorizes immigrant families, or violates Minnesotans’ rights, they must be personally sued, held accountable, and thrown in jail like anyone else. No more hiding behind badges while they abuse power. No more qualified immunity for ICE tyrants. Government agents who break the law will face real consequences in Minnesota.

I will stand up and defend innocent Americans and immigrants who are being wrongly hunted and prosecuted by Trump’s Department of Justice and ICE. 

If an immigrant or American has stayed clean for 15 years, they deserve a real second chance — no more lifelong punishment for people who have turned their lives around. 

I will pass ironclad Castle Doctrine laws so families and immigrants can legally defend their homes against Trump’s ICE raids and unlawful federal intrusions. 

I will fiercely protect immigrants in our communities who are being targeted, terrorized, and ripped from their families by Trump’s aggressive ICE enforcement.

I will audit every dollar of state tax money to make sure none of it goes to Israel or countries like it. Not one more cent of Minnesota taxpayers’ money will fund foreign wars or foreign governments. 

Pass a clear law that permanently blocks Minnesota State tax dollars from being sent to Israel or any foreign country that doesn’t put Minnesota interests first. 

I will ban foreign countries — especially Israel — from funneling money into Minnesota state legislatures to push laws that benefit them instead of Minnesotans. No more letting foreign governments buy influence over our state. 

Completely ban AIPAC and any foreign lobbying groups from donating to Minnesota legislators or candidates. Any politician who takes AIPAC money is compromised and should be removed from office. 

Immediately repeal Minnesota’s Anti-BDS law. It is unconstitutional and violates our First Amendment right to boycott and disavow Israel if we choose. 

Pass a law banning banks and financial institutions from discriminating against individuals or businesses who choose to boycott, divest from, or condemn Israel. 

Ban any company with ties to foreign countries from buying Minnesota businesses, land, or family farms. This includes blocking Palantir and any company connected to former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak. — from buying Minnesota businesses, land, or family farms. Minnesota land belongs to Minnesotans, not foreign interests or their allies.

I will completely eliminate the state property tax, income tax, and sales tax. Minnesotans are taxed enough — it’s time to give regular families a break. 

Tax anyone making over $250,000 a year with a 5% gross flat rate tax. Anyone making over $1 million a year will pay 10% starting the second year. No more letting millionaires and billionaires dodge taxes while working people get crushed. 

Expand access to cryptocurrency and crack down on big corporations and banks that are trying to control and monopolize it. Crypto should belong to the people, not Wall Street. 

No state taxes on gains from selling your home, property, or personal investments. If you work hard, save, and build wealth, the state won’t punish you for it. 

Make it easier for everyday people to sue massive corporations when they harm our health, environment, or communities. We will help Minnesotans fight back and win against the big rich Corporations. 

I will make basic healthcare affordable for every Minnesotan. Europe currently has some of the best and most advanced medical treatments in the world. Minnesotans deserve that same level of care right here at home — no more families going bankrupt from medical bills. 

I will drastically cut health insurance premiums and stop Big Insurance companies from price-gouging working people. These greedy corporations have profited off our pain for too long — we’re taking that power back for the people. 

We will strip all legal protections from Big Pharma and Big Insurance. If they push dangerous drugs, deny care, price-gouge families, or release harmful vaccines, they will face real lawsuits and massive financial consequences. No more immunity for vaccines that injure people. These greedy corporations have hidden behind government shields for too long — that ends now in Minnesota.

Minnesotans must have the freedom to choose their own treatments, including alternative and holistic medicine. We will no longer let Big Pharma force us into expensive pills while banning natural and effective options. 

Hospitals will be required to provide full-spectrum care including dental health, gut health, acupuncture, mental health, spiritual health, herbal medicine, and nutrition — not just expensive drugs pushed by corporations. 

I will raise Minnesota’s medical standards to match the advanced treatments found in leading European countries. Americans shouldn’t have to fly across the ocean to Europe to get the latest, most effective medical care. We deserve that same world-class, cutting-edge treatment right here at home. 

I will fight to give every Minnesotan a stable, quality job so we can return to the Universal American Dream of 1 man, 1 job, 1 household — enough for a family to live on a single income, just like in the 1950s and 1960s. 

Being a mother is a real job and one of the most important jobs in society. Mothers deserve to be paid a decent wage for raising the next generation. 

I will expand Minnesota’s Child Tax Credit to actually support working families. 

I will give every Minnesotan a basic amount of cryptocurrency to start building real wealth.

I will make Minnesota a leader in decentralized cryptocurrency so power stays with the people, not Wall Street. 

No more big banks dominating our economy. We will support many small, local banks that actually serve working people. 

Every Minnesotan over 18 will receive a one-time $1,000 payment into a Universal Investment Fund. You can invest it or use the cash however you want. Distributed through local community banks — not the big rich banks.

I will abolish unnecessary occupational licenses. They are a racist gatekeeping system that blocks minorities and working people from starting businesses and getting good jobs.

I will aggressively promote regenerative farming to heal our land and restore Minnesota’s soil. 

Improve our soil quality so it becomes truly nutrient-dense and produces real, healthy food. 

Stop Big Ag from controlling our farms and hold them accountable for poisoning our soil and water with harmful chemicals.

I will ban billionaires, big corporations, and foreign countries from buying up family farms. Minnesota farmland should belong to working farmers and local families — not wealthy outsiders or foreign governments.

I will require all Minnesota farms to be clean and sanitary — not the disgusting, filthy factory-style operations run by Big Ag and Big Food. 

Give strong incentives to farmers who grow and sell exotic fruits and diverse crops so they can earn more while giving Minnesotans healthier options.

I will dramatically increase access to genuine organic foods for all Minnesotans.

Every Minnesotan deserves real, healthy organic food — not the chemical-filled garbage that rich corporations have been pushing on us for profit.

I will require clear and honest food labeling so you always know exactly which farm your food comes from. No more hiding behind vague labels.

Big corporations must clearly label their food as “Ultra-Processed” if it does not meet Minnesota’s strict standards for real organic food. No more tricking people with fake healthy labels.

I will make it easy for people to buy food straight from local farms instead of being forced to go through big rich corporations and middlemen.

I will provide affordable housing so every Minnesotan can live the Universal American Dream — a safe, decent home for themselves and their family.

I will ban big corporations like BlackRock from buying up single-family homes. Homes are for people to live in — not for Wall Street billionaires to hoard as investments and drive up prices. 

I will slash the cost of building materials so we can build more homes at prices working families can actually afford. No more letting corporate greed make housing impossibly expensive.

I will take real action to make cars affordable for first-time car owners and young families so everyone can have reliable transportation.

I will bring down the cost of vehicles so working Minnesotans are not priced out by greedy corporations and high taxes.

I will crack down on greedy insurance companies and cut car insurance rates. No more letting Big Insurance rip off drivers with sky-high premiums.

I will build more safe, clean, and affordable light rail and subway systems so working Minnesotans can get around easily without depending on cars. This includes expanding light rail lines across the Twin Cities and building new underground subways in our busiest urban areas. 

We will force real action to clean up Minnesota’s lakes, rivers, ponds, and streams. No more letting corporations and polluters poison our water. Clean water is a right.

We will ban massive AI data centers from being built in Minnesota neighborhoods, towns, and rural areas. These giant facilities suck up enormous amounts of electricity and water, drive up energy bills for regular families, and destroy quiet communities — all so billionaire tech companies can get richer. Not in Minnesota. Our land and resources should serve Minnesotans first, not Big Tech. 

Clean waters mean clean fish, clean crops, and healthy food without toxic chemicals. Every Minnesotan — especially our kids — deserves safe, clean food. I will make it happen.

We will clean up our streets, parks, and public spaces so families feel safe again. This includes fixing public transportation and protecting our environment from polluters and neglect. No more dirty, dangerous neighborhoods while politicians do nothing.
